Good location, 5-10 min walk to tourist attractions and train stations. Large lobby with cozy spots. Excellent breakfast until 12 pm. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds.

We loved the central location of this hotel, as we were close to many attractions and landmarks in this city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and provided a good variety of fresh food.

We stayed in a centrally-located hotel, just a short walk from the train station. The hotel was also conveniently situated near the historic center, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful city. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view of the surrounding area. The staff provided excellent service, always greeting us with a smile and assisting us with any requests we had. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great way to start the day.

There were inconsistencies in the amenities provided in different rooms. For example, not all rooms had coffee/tea/kettle or bathroom slippers.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in the tourist area, under half a mile from the coach and train station, and easy walking distance to the major tourist attractions which are fabulous in the city center. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. Additionally, the staff from the friendly reception desk to the breakfast guys gave the best service we have ever had. They can speak very well English and are very warm and welcoming.

Had a great stay over New Year's at this hotel. The rooms werenice and neat, with beautiful views of the city. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options. The hotel's location was perfect, with close proximity to both the train station and the central area of the city.
